High Hedges: appealing against the Council's decision

  • Published: 20 October 2005
  • Site: Planning, building and the environment

Summary

This leaflet explains how and when people can appeal if they disagree with the Council's decision on a hedge complaint. Appeals are administered by the Planning Inspectorate.

Note: The above publication was issued by our former department, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM). ODPM became Communities and Local Government on 5 May 2006 - all references in the text to ODPM now refer to Communities and Local Government.
